Yuba River Gathering - Saturday May 4th

On Saturday, May 4th starting around 10:00am the club will be gathering at the hwy 20/yuba river crossing. For those not familiar with this location it is about halfway between marysville and Grass Valley where hwy 20 crosses over the yuba river. There is a large wide open area there where we can hang out at. First one there can pick out a nice spot right next to the river for the group. Activities will include swimming, fishing, eating, relaxing and of course some four wheeling. See attached map for the location.

As much as I would love to go, unfortunately I will not be able to attend. I'm about a month or two away from actually being mobile. I'm still wrenching on my 73 beast with a few projects at once

I'm going to be up mountain biking in downieville weekend of 5/18.

Any good off road trails that offer overnight back country camping that you'd recommend in the area? I'm thinking to do the snake lake trail, camp at snake lake...
