Wrong Fuel Pump

I just realized I have a 4 cylinder with vacuum wiper connection fuel pump on my i6 232 automatic. Can this be the cause of my stalling and poor acceleration issues?

Also, is this even how my wipers are supposed to be connected or am I supposed to have a separate wiper motor?

We need to know what model and year Scout you are discussing.

You could in fact have an 800 that used vacuum wipers and had the 6 cylinder.

The best is posting up some photos of the engine bay and wiper actuator.
