Wire ends

I am rebuilding a 72 Travelall and am about to tackle the wiring in this truck. Does anyone know where you can still buy the ends for these trucks?

Are you talking about the varies ends that just crimp on to the end of the wire?

I believe that they don't make the plugs that go into the guage(s) with the pins you would have to source another IH wiring harness and cut the plugs out and splice them into yours.

Definitely not what I wanted to hear :mad2: hahaha. Guess this project is going to be a pain.

Well..................I have a few harnesses around from recent projects that I can cut off the ends for you if you like for a few bucks.

If you're talking about the multi-pin white connectors that mate to the back of the instrument cluster, they are molex connectors. The pins can be extracted and new pins with your new wires just push in. Google molex, and you'll get the skinny. Online places like digikey sell the pins and extraction tools. I'm not aware of molex making the exact connectors IH used, so be careful with yours. You'll need to re-use them with the new pins.
