Window falling apart...

Can someone help identify exactly what part this is, and where I can get a replacement? The regulator listed on the ihon store doesn't appear to include the part that actually rusted through.

I know I found good instructions on how to pull and replace the window/regulator a while ago. When I find them again I'll post the link here.

Thanks!

That is the bottom of your window frame. Need to replace the whole window on that side as re-framing it isn't worth the effort in my opinion. We do have used ones for sale. As I'm sure you know jim it is best to call on the weekdays for a price as it depends on whether you have a chrome finish on the frame or painted.

That's actually part of the window, ie, frame around the glass. You May have to find a used window I have not seen any window "frame" as a replacement part.

Thanks!

I'll call next week. I have chrome-framed windows.

The video I remembered discusses window removal, not regulator removal, although I suspect the regulator is pretty straightforward once you have the window out.

I guess I'm going to need those clippy things too.

To do the whole setup, it looks like I'd need:

regulator: replacement window regulator for 72'-80' Scout II - International Scout parts

Clippy things window regulator clip - International Scout parts

Passenger side window (chrome frame)

window felt window door felt for Scout II, terra, traveler - International Scout parts

Thoughts?
