Will jeep leafsprings fit an 800A?

My 1970 800a 304, 4 speed , 4x4 needs new leafsprings. I was told Jeep cj springs May fit. I am interested in replacements that would be inexpensive. I figured if they would fit, the Jeep springs May be cheaper.
