Which clutch?

So in my recent parts rig acquisition for the 196 (1966 s800), along with the other loose parts I found this factory sealed clutch disc. Now, I'd love to believe it will fit my 152 or the 196 in my 1963-63 s80 with the t90 and hydraulic clutch... So is it the correct application? 10" across, and ten splines on the center bore. I know, not much to go on, but I'm hoping someone's knowledgeable eyes can confirm... And does the spring/finger thing (I'm new to manual trannys) need rebuilding/maintenance, or are they a "forever" part?

Thanks!

The finger thingy is a pressure plate and it is the heart is a good clutch. They can easily be rebuilt or replaced. They should be freshened up either way. Resurfacing of iron plate and inspection and if necessary replacement of the mechanism. I am using the 152 (9 7/8") clutch that came with 6 coil springs. I expected to increase the torque output of the Scout some where along the line so when I rebuilt it I added 3 more springs thus increasing the torque handling ability of the clutch by 33%. After the stroker engine is built I will install the 11" 196/304 clutch assembly if it fits the pancake 65 3 speed bell housing. Included will be the bigger spring package. I expect a 2 x increase in torque with the forced feeding from the 190 inch mill.

The nos disk you have, what is the major diameter of the spline? 1 1/8 x 10 spline is GM.

Without opening the package, I get 1-1/16" as the absolute maximum major diameter of the splines (the "valley", in the case of this female coupling). The od of the clutch is right at 10", not 9-7/8". Hmmm... Anything else I can go on?

Once I pull the existing 152 out, I'll send the whole clutch shebang to IHPA for their reworking of the bearing carrier and fork; I guess I'll know then whether these pieces pictured are of use.

Thank you, again, Robert! :)
