What is this Harness

Ok I know that sounds crazy but my father and I built and rebuilt a Scout and a Scout II in his garage. Now I have inherited this and I am not sure what it goes too.
Somehow there was two of these and enough gasket sets for three International motors, lol

any help on id would be appreciated, in the middle of rewiring both.

I tell you what, them shor is some purdy green warz. Yessir. Bet they even smell purdy. The heavy insulation suggests they belong either under the hood or under a fender. Best wild ass guess is side marker lamp feed. Look at the green insulation carefully near the termination ends for a number stamped in white. That would be the circuit id number and is your best shot at sorting this out.
 
Looks like wiring harness for the underdash and overhead dome lights. I could be wrong though but that's what it looks like to me.
