Checked a few things on the Scout -- swapped out the starter solenoid I put in last week with a brand new one.

Started the pile a few times - didn't move it though :d

anybody else have a more successful weekend?

2 acres mowed

2 orygone garages erected again and all those big piles of crap are now under cover along with all the rolling stock.

The burn pile grew exponentially.

Took several naps.

Me an gearman hooked up Todd witha '75 f-150 4x4 across the highway dirt cheeep and it's gonna come over here and live for awhile.

Built two fresh sv distributors (a delco anna Holley).

Took sum more naps.

Started cuttin' up a 152 intake maneefol for sum supermods to hang it anna weber mixer on the 196.

Took a nap.

Set up witha shotgun (mossberg cruiser) over the mole mound but tha bastard didn't show, so I jes' worked on my tan, May have missed tha mole when I took a nap.

Stowed away summore Binder Bee stuff until next year.

Wired uppa used gold box for ss2.

Entertained Todd and emma and gearman satidy pm.

So it wuz kinda laidback rount here.

Ss2 is on his way down now, we be headed ta medford inna few to go snake more IH crapballs, looks like one of 'em's gonna add to the yard art collection around here.

Wow Mike that is a huge list.

I changed out the radiator in the trail Scout. Then changed the thermostat cause it was sticking. Loaded it up with essentials for the wheeling trip this weekend.

I painted the living room, ripped out the old carpet, put down some new laminate flooring (I have had the flooring for almost a year. The boss said put it in now or else :mad5:)

I got called into work a few times (I had to save a few lives).

That is all.

Dang Mike, you should have mentioned that before. Next time I come down I'll be loaded for gopher! I've got a couple nice solutions in the gun safe for your critter problem, and it's been far too long since they relieved the planet of a rodent... :winky:

this weekend I rolled the Scout high up into the tsf and did an awesome hike with my daughter, which I posted all about (with pics) under the trail reports forum.

What I didn't say there was that I finished power timing the beast on this trip. Got it far enough advanced that it pinged steadily under a very heavy load - just at the tipping point. Then backed it off just a smidge. With a refreshed carb and now tuned ignition, my pile is about as sweeet as it's gonna' get! It does run reeeal nice.

Also washed & waxed momma's ride. The Scout was all shiny from the buff job I gave it for the Binder Bee, and it just didn't seem right that a Scout looked nicer than a 2001 honda!

So the weekend amounted to a happy me and two happy ladies. I'll take it!
