Uber Scout vs Ninja Trees

most of you have seen the dammage to uber Scout caused by "ninja trees"....:mad5:

we all know that if you wheel in the northwest long enough you are going to experience a “ninja tree” strike. With this in mind I decided to give uber Scout some protection in case of just such an attack. I call them ntgs or “ninja tree guards” for you slow people. (mayben)..:gringrin:

these bolt to threaded plates just behind the quarter panel. The plates are welded to arms that come off of the cage.

I think I will paint them body color so they look less like and exo-cage.

Ask yore pop who's slow arount here???? As in slow motion jacknife!!

Can ya rig up a setta tree guards we can clamp on inna portable fashion on any recovery rig? Maybe sumthin' that will mount witha tow bar?

Jes' drive the lobstuh valley rig underneath a suspended cage, drop in place, and drive out???

I gotta new order for...roundbody 4x4 t-all with no rot (dude don't wanna screw with body work right now). Needs to be a runner also (or real close!) as it's gonna need a drive or haul back east (not to charlieo though!!).

Put pop in motion, this can happen real soon. Dude May pay out inna lifetime supply of pizza (and home delivery).

Edit: I like the ntg tech. This is just a question, did you think about tying them into your rear bumper for some corner protection or would that have been too much???

It's the same princapal as the porn and lotion.....thats what it's for!!!:dita:

I thought about tie in to the bumper or down to the rear quarter sliders and I still might. I just don't want it to look to exo-cage....:icon_mrgreen:

I had the same idea a while back, but mine isnt as pretty as your is so I said screw it. We'll see if we can find you something to bash them into on Sunday.

Ya kinda like that. But you can tell buy the overall crudeness of that dent that it was indeed a "sob tree" and not a "ninja tree" the ninja dent is much more stelthy. Most of them happen while you are still a foot away from the tree. Don't even get me started on "wtf trees" those suckers usualy sneak up behind you.....:gringrin:

I can't take credit for the helmet trev...I found yore's under the passenger seat in hooty! I thought it was just part of yore bambibangin' camo attire, but maybe it's part of sumkinda fwb ritual gitup???

The personal rocket pak is actually a pump up sprayer that formerly was used for mixin' roundup/crossbow cocktails for the landscape, now it's used for storin' nearbeer.

I think it reads "why not a goat?". So,... Once I stopped laughing, I realized I'd be in therapy another year After seeing that picture. At this rate he's gonna get a beach house and A beemer outta me. Thanks Mike! :dita:

another thing,... Where does he get these? Does he search them out? Are these family reunion picts or what? Seriously disturbed is what I'm a thinkin! :sosp:
