Travelall

So my wife has decided that she wants me to build her a Travelall to drive instead of her honda passport. Now I need to look for one. When I do it I want to do it up nice for her. Power windows locks and crap like that, and of course fuel injection, disc brakes front and rear.
So if anyone knows where there is one rotting away and needing a good home let me know.

What a shame to part that tall I wish I had one as a family wagon for holiday travel I have had one on my wishlist for a long time I can't belive u guys part fearly good truks overthere. They make good solid cheep family wagons.

That t-all looks way too nice to part out.

And since it has the 1010 designator it most probably has ifs which equals smooooooooooth ride.

I got some parts off that Travelall, I talked to the guy when he was ready to get rid of the body and he had just called pick-n-pull. I went down to pnp the next day to ask about it, the guy said to come back Monday and it will be in the yard so I can get parts off it. It had nice clean gauges, new exhaust system with headers, and some nice trim, body wasn't that great, had lots of rust.

When I got there on Monday I didn't see it in the yard so I looked around, it was in the stack of other crushed cars!!
Wtf! It never made it to the yard.

That is by far the best sell price to start from. Come get it, it's free. I wish they had people in houston like that. Looks like a great start for a dd. I'm sure you will find some surprises but the pics look good. Congratulations.

The trailer I was going to use wont be available tomorrow, I need to figure out another way to get it home

It is on my property now, soon I will have pics and start a resto thread. Big thanks to the cheese for finding it for me.

The outside doesn't look to bad. I hope the mechanicals are at least half as good. If they are, you are starting ahead of where a lot of people have started.

Good luck and keep us posted as to your progress.
