Travelall all rear lift kit

It’s under a lot of tension in that pic. With the weight of the truck on them and they’re not settled much yet, the shackle is still slightly forward of vertical.
 
Maybe dumb question, after looking at Jeff’s pic. Were the factory blocks supposed to come out? The u bolts are on the short side if the block stays in.
 
No, on the blocks. It will be kind of tall with those in.

I can't exactly answer your second question without better pictures of it all installed. Sorry.
 
So measured at the ends of the rocker last weekend, stock springs in front, lift in back, the front is ~4” lower. At full weight, the bump stops are about centered on axle. If the front with add a leaf gets me 3, it will have very slight rake.
