I have 79 Traveler, 345, 4bbl TQ, AT,AC,PS. Basically stock. I was looking at the shop manuals re: the TF 727 Transmission and have a question:
What is the line pressure (in lbs?)of the transmission line coming out of the trans. and going to the radiator? I'm reading that the pressure is from 15-50 lbs? Is this correct? Reason for asking is that I wanted to switch from the hard lines going to the radiator to a high pressure rubber line. Is this advisable? what are the downsides of this switch?
