Trac-Lok vs Powr-Lok

What's the difference? Is Powr-Lok IH's answer to the trac-lok and is one better than the other? My Scout 80 has the
Powr-Lok with the twin stick tc and pto,

Both limited slip variants can be found in IH machines. P-loks are common in the earlier IH 4bys. T-locks came along later. The consensus seems to be that the p-loks are the better, more dependable units. Criticisms of the t-lock include clutches that wear too quickly and a weak carrier.
