Well reaching out to the wise elders of the board here, question involving torque psi on bolts mainly concerning the manifold for the 66 800 series with a 196ci 4 cylinder

Torque spec for the intake manifold bolts on a 196 is the same as for any version of the four cylinder engines as well as the sv (v8). Those are 3/8-16 fasteners with a torque spec of 25>30 ft./lbs.
