Tie Rod issues

Hey Jeff- what solution do you recommend for fixing this problem? I can tweak the thing back into shape, but the ends are loose and really should be replaced. Looking on the website, it looks like you have some parts Mike hardcore stuff, but my needs are pretty ordinary. Its a sii about 5" over stock with a reverse shackle kit standing by. Not looking to go SOA, and tires will stay in the 33" range. Not looking for any more lift at this point. Thanks for the help.

With the amount of lift you have you do not need the factory 'bent' tie rod. I would go with one of the parts Mike ones or have Jeff build you a more stock straight one....

Tough to tell from the pic which bends are factory, and which are self induced. But I agree. They aren't needed. Not really looking for stock, just "new."

heavy duty replacement tierod or draglink for all 72'-80' Scout II - International Scout parts

I've built my own before and when all is said and done and you've bought a $78 tap and a couple $10 jam nuts .... Jeff's prices are very reasonable.
