Tie rod help.

I'm having trouble finding tie rod ends to fit a Dana 44 out of an old international truck. The first problem is the year. My truck is a little bit of everything. It has international running gear. The front end, transfer case and rear end all look to be international. Out of what I think to be a 1958 truck. The tie rod ends are 3/4 16 thread on one end. The taper is .556 at the top and .625 at the bottom. This is the number stamped into the long tube of the axle. The other picture is of the date stamped into the ring gear. Any ideas as to what I have? Or where to get the tie rods?

Have you tried reaching out to our parts department? 530-274-1795. Also pictures of the tierod end itself would be helpful.

I did reach out to your parts department and talked with Mike. Even though he hadn't gotten his second cup of coffee he was able to find what I was looking for. I should be getting the tie rods in the mail this week. Thanks for going the extra mile to help get an old unit back into play. Everyone has told me to junk the old, closed knuckle. But now it should be ready to go back under the truck.
Thanks,
