The guy that had my '66 1200a before me replaced the tie rod ends & on the left side there are 14 threads showing & on the right there are 7 threads showing. I know that it's suppose to be the same number of threads showing on both sides but I'm not sure how many it should be. My truck is 2wd, no power steering & has a fa10 axle. Any input will be greatly appreciated.

This is incorrect what matters is that your toe in is set correctly. What does matter is that there is enough threads on both sides to make sure they don't slip if you bump a curb
