Well ihcs spent the day on the road today. A little over 650 miles and 14 hours later Dad and I returned home with..................
"the turkey wagon"

it's a 196? Travelall 100 2wd 6cyl 4spd. I bought this thing over 7 months ago and have been waiting on the snow to clear from the pass to pick it up. Today was the day. Dad and I left this morning at 6:30am and drove to prairie city and picked it up. Turns out the farm we got it off of was a big full service turkey farm from about 1940 through 1985. :cornut:

Good looking rigs!

If that tow rig is in need a diesel motor, ive got a farm buddy who just bought two school busses to use the the motors for his sprayer buggys for real cheap!

No fookin' oilburner can even approach the fortitude of a bd269 kid! And on toppa that, they smell like shit too!

This one is a virgin...I can 'splain that to ya kidz sumday if ya don't unerstan that term.
 
Nice find.

But you really need to work on a better tow rig.

Burb's are nice but a t-all or a t-ette pulling your finds would be so much better.

Like I have said in the past. If a Travelall would tow even half as well as the suburban I would use one. It's not like I have a shortage of them. :crazy:but they don't even come close. Hence the l-170....:cornut:

That right there is funny stuff. :cornut: and you know based on uber scouts drive train that I agree with you.
However as much as it pains me to say it. I agree with mayben on this one. This truck is so unmolested that I hate to be the guy that does it.
Now that being said I'm am still ihcs and "chief chester". So I might molest it a little bit....:ihih:
 
Sweet find Mike! It's a good thing I don't have "family filter" on this browser with all this talk of molesting virgins and all- IHSTO might've been blocked! Is that your subtle way of drumming up traffic for the site? If people google "molesting virgins" IHSTO is gonna be at the top of the list! A lot of pervs will be severely disappointed when, instead of pictures of 14 yr old britney spears look-a-likes they get 40 yr old hunks of steel. It is ifs. Six cyl. 4spd. And ya it is an rarly 60s. The title is in the mail still.:cornut:
