Tail Gate hinges, 74 Scout II

Does anybody know if the tail gate hinges have a rotating bearing that goes into the tail gate on each side or are they one solid piece that uses the round tube in the tail gate as the bearing surface.

No bearings there. It's just a semi solid shaft in tailgate that rotates in the round pockets that are mounted on the sides of the bed.
