T90 reverse light switch help

[Roughing it]

Ok. Im installing a pair of d2 duallys from ridged for my reverse lights...

I have the swtich wired as instructed......


1a 2a 3a. Right. 1b 2b 3b. Left side as ur looking at it......

1a is red. 1b. Not used
2a is blue. 2b black. Lights up the switch in down postion
3a is white. 3b not used


my t90 has two pins comming out of the top. Ive connected the white to one as instructed. Now im stuck .....light dose nothing when switched up into auto funtion. I put it in to reverse and nada.

On works and off works......auto is dead.

Im guessing that 1b is power but what voltage 12 volt? And 3b is ground from the other pin on the trans. But im not sure so I figured id ask. Let me know what im doing wrong

Have you checked to make sure the switch on the tranny is working? Just use an ohm meter connected to the two switch terminals and make sure it closes when you put it in reverse. It also sounds like you have one side of the switch open? The other side probably goes to ground.
