I had a shop work on my steering column (3 on the tree) shifter. It doesn't work well enough and I personally made all linkage smooth and firm (i took out all the ware and slop). I had a floor shifter on the vehicle when i bought it but arrogantly removed it and threw it away. I now need help locating a shifter that works (I have a Mr. Gasket 7667A but without heavily modifying the mounting brackets and every part if it can even be done) I am at a loss.
Somebody please give me some insite or part numbers and brand of a shifter that will work.
