Stock Scout 800 twin stick Dana 20 used to twin stick Dana 20

My title is a little long but it says it all. I have a stock Scout 800 twin stick Dana 20 that is connected to a t18 4 speed. I bought a used to Dana 20 that appears to be from a Scout II, and it isn't twin sticked.

I was wondering what it would take to swap over the twin stick setup on on my stock Scout 800 twin sticked Dana 20 to the Dana 20 that is from the Scout II.

Any ideas on how to do it, what parts I'd need, and how long it would take?
