Howdy new Scout 2 owner looking for a complete steering column non tilt for a 73 thanks

Is it the whole complete column with key and how much do you want for it

It is the complete column, but it does not have a key. When I bought the Scout the guy had redneck wired it to a kill switch and starting button.
I have no idea what it is worth. It does not have the original wheel on it, it has a grant steering wheel (the center paint has come off and has some surface rust on it).
The biggest thing I could see being a problem is I am located around boise, and I am not sure where you are located. If you lived around here I would just have you come pick it up and get it out of my garage
