I have a 1967 800 and have a buzzing rattle which appears to be under the collar. I have had it apart many times trying to solve it. I have added a shim, even put some plumbers putty on the bearing and the cone shaped piece that goes in the bearing. Could the bearing be rattling in the column tube. Has anyone ever had this problem. Thx!
