Howdy, I am having trouble getting proper starter parts to match up with fly wheel. Sometimes it turns over sometimes it spins without engaging. Sometimes nothing happens but has 12 volts to starter. Can the gears on flywheel be turned over? Or is does this flywheel have a special gear for starter that the starter shop is missing? Thx, freddie.
