Sierra Fall Rallye

I know Mike and kathy are heading down for this but is anyone else going?

I was planning on going and I even budgeted the $300 round trip in gas from the family budget and got it cleared with katy. But then the breaks were put on when we realized that is the weekend of my daughters first birthday party.

So for now I am not heading down but I am working on changing the birthday schedule.:icon_mrgreen:

it's 504 miles from my front door. @ 9 mpg pulling a trailer @ 4 a gallon it runs about $300. If your getting 37mpg like the scion it would run about $150 round trip.

I will not be going -- it is the weekend after 3 weekends out of town... I will be sleeping in my own bed.

I would like to go, someday...

We are sure hoping for a big IHSTO turnout to carry on the momentum of the bee. Would love to see as many of you guys down here as possible. We promise to show you a good time!!

As of today I am planing on being there.. not sure if I will drive uber Scout down or trailer it with my "new" t-all tow rig...:winky:

Yep... Momma, me, an dawgs will be there along with the offishul IHSTO/leaburg flapjack production machinery.

We'll coordinate with the roth fleet onna caravan down. But we're stayin' at Jeff and norma's new place in Grass Valley a few days afterwards so we can blackwater fertilize the new garden spot. Since they are now commuters to the bizz in Loomis, guess we'll carpool for the week.

Tha trailer-totin' beater is still stuck onna about 8mpg up and down tha hills so I'm still excited about that! And under $4 gas makes it seem almost free again, mabee it'll bottom at $3.50 by show time. And I ain't takin' the shop with us this trip...I ain't gonna work on nuthin' 'cept my junk when it breaks. That cuts about 1200lbs. Off gross.

Anyone wanting to come up a day or two early or stay a day or two after the show are more than welcome to stay at my new place up in Grass Valley.

Hope to see a bunch of you at the show!
