Side Mirror Install

I purchased some good looking round side mirrors for my 72 Scout ii. They are designed for TJ Jeeps so Im thinking of the best way to install them. They come with hex screws withkut bolts. Not sure how to access the inside without removing the window.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Solved. Apparently, some genius out there invented threaded rivets. So, ill drill, rivet, and fasten these babies tight.
