Hey I was wondering if anyone has had any good ideas on how to refinish the interior of a standard Scout 800 top. The previous owner loved carpet and slathered it full of mastic. I'm trying to figure out the best/most cost efficient method. Let me know what you guys have done.....thanks!

I have had good luck with sand blasting. If your careful or take it to someone that knows what they are doing, they should be able to blast it off. The steel is thick and there is very little chance of warping. When you are finished you will have a good clean surface to put on your new base coat, powder coat, spray in bed liner material or insulation.
