Scout II wiper Relays???

Has anyone tried to install bosch relays on the wiper motors yet? Seems like it would work like the headlights to me, and maybe speed them babies up a bit.

I ask cause I am in the process of fixing some wires, maybe replace the fuse box, and put in a ground fuse box to firm up those lovely, attached to the thin metal dashboard ground wires.
Just got the fuel gausge working yesterday, so the hard parts done.

I have started re wiring my Scout with a kwik wire 14 kit and have been reading everything I can about wiring. Seams to me that relays are the way to go on just about any circuit.

I'm a fan of k.I.s.s. High amp circuits like the headlights, yes. On the wipers, measure the voltage at the fuse block and then at the wiper motor while running (wet windshield). If the voltage drop is more than .5 v then bigger wire May help.
