Scout 800 Leaf Springs

I am looking to purchase a set of your 800 springs in the near future (week or two), but have some questions.

My Scout is a pretty much stock 66 800 with the 152/ 4-spd and manual steering (not sure if that makes an ounce of difference). A few years ago I went with a Scout II d44 axle upgrade (disc front/drum rear), but still kept the 800 springs. In purchasing your kit for the 800, would I need anything different to account for this? Presumably the length of my Scout II rubber brake lines would work satisfactory or should I considered a little longer? I know you have spoken of an increase in ride height afterwards, but I suspect stock sii lines would still fill the bill. This is not a rock crawler nor do I need anything special for extreme articulation.

This will be one of those jobs I will try to finish in a weekend so I want to be as prepared as possible for any potential hiccups along the way.

Thanks,
chris

Chris,

the only thing we would need to change would be the ubolts to match the axles that are currently under your Scout. You will get about 2-3" more droop out of the springs then your current ones so if your lines are long enough to accommodate that then you should be good. Thanks.

That's great to know. Thanks. I ended up ordering through your website just a little earlier (got impatient :icon_rotate:) but made sure to list the axles that I have currently under it. Let me know if you need anything more from me.
