I've got a 1964 Scout 80 that I'm converting the brakes to a duel master cylinder. Does anyone know where I can find the brake warning valve off a Scout 800??

This is what it looks like. image.jpg

I noticed you didn't get a reply so not sure if you ever got an answer on this one. This looks like what you are looking for. It will need the switch in the center but those May be readily available. This May also be available in a junk yard if someone has a Scout 800. I have been told that several of the light line dealers could have the parts.

The original part # is : 352 664 c91 the switch is p/n:352 663 c1

hope this helps.

I found this one but it can be found at IH Parts America.

Edit: my original post was edited. I did not include this link. This is a brake light switch and not sure it is the brake warning switch for the 800 as the oem part number doesn't match. The part number from the parts manual is 352 663 c1352 663 c1 the part number listed in this link, 258298c91, doesn't match.

Hope this helps.

This forum is owned and operated by IHPA. Naturally, references to competing vendors will be removed. Thank you.

They have a lot of parts on the webstore, but you're right, they also have a lot of parts that aren't yet visible there. That doesn't necessarily mean a given item is unavailable. The staff is dedicated, but small and very busy. New items get added to the webstore as time permits, but it is a fairly involved process. Getting orders filled and shipped out rapidly is the priority. All that said, references and links to direct competitors are like fingernails on a chalkboard on this forum. I'm confident that acme light line parts would feel the same way about folks linking to IHPA on acme's tech forum. Business owners tend to get protective of all things associated with their livlihood for good reason.
