Scout 80 w Dana 44f/60r axles 4x4 Disc Brake Problems

Dear forum members and IH gurus....please help!!
Here's the current status of this frankenstein Scout 80:
1964 Scout 80 body and frame with "supposedly" 1975 IH 200 3/4 ton 4x4 Dana 44 front axle and Dana 60 rear axle with front disc brakes.
My dilemma is that I am trying to replace a worn front rotor and brake pads on both, because the po only did the driver's side sometime in the last year and lied about what he used. Every forum and every inter web site and every parts store tells me that IH did not put disc brakes on a 200 truck. If it was post factory, the right side I am trying to replace...looks original, based upon how rusted and pitted it is.
All my searching has found little to nothing on the type or brand of knuckles are on this axle and what I can truly change over to for more modern/readily available front disc brake parts.

It has 8 lugs on the knuckle where the brake caliper plate bolts to and and 8 x 6.5" lug pattern on the hub itself. This tells me it is a 3/4 ton axle, but since it's IH, no one can cross reference anything in existence. The top of the left knuckle resembles a GM 3 bolt flat top and accepts a machined high steer arm.

This all started after finding the po had very poor building skills and I'm having to redo the front suspension from scratch. :icon_stressed::frown5:
I'm trying to post a pic or two for easier reference.
Thanks in advance for any information/education y'all could provide.

The 1974-75' 200 front disc brakes were a two year only option and are very hard to find parts for(in other words they are very rare). Best to call our sales office at (530)268-0864 and let us know what parts you need as we May either already have them or can possibly get them.
