Scout 44 axles F&R

Front is completely professionally redone with most all new parts. It also has an eaton e-locker. Rear is untouched yet but turns very freely. I think new drums, cyl and shoes is all it needs. If you need the perches moved I can do that for free, just give me the measurements. The current ratio is 3.07, but for $150-$200 you can take the same carriers to 3.93. I've got a 4:1 in my tcase so I liked the 3.07 milage and it still works great on the trail.

As you can see in the pics, the front has a rockcrusher diff cover. I've got another one for the rear that I'll throw in for free.

I've got over $2000 in the front axle alone. I'll sell them both for $1500. The locker alone was over $800. I've never even installed it. I was going to put them under my cj but I'm going one ton full width instead. These are 59" wms to wms. If you've got a yj and want a d300, this is the answer to the pside drop dilema.

I'll help with delivery for some gas money as long as your not in bfe. Make arrangements before assuming anything.

So first you say it has an e-locker, then you say you have one that has not been installed, which is it?

It has an eaton locker. The locker is installed. The axles were never installed in my vehicle.

Better?

The front has new Bearings, seals, rotors, spindle hub, calipers, pads and of course, the locker. No way you could build this axle for the price I'm asking.

Now who wants to buy it???

I'm new at this whole 4x4 thing just bought a 1970 Scout 800 smaller model. What's the width of the axles are they too wide for my truck? I just need the front.

4 year old thread bud. Probably long gone. Check my answer to your thread up in the axle tech section. You need to spend a lot of time reading through the axle tech threads and educate yourself before you go sourcing random parts.
