Cool, I understand where you’re coming from footing the bill. It’s a nice treat.

We’ll still pass the hat or sell raffle tickets at a buck each. What gets collected can either reimburse you or contributed to the raffle as part of a 50 / 50.

Will this be an “all you can eat”? Including salad bar? What kind of discount will they offer?

I dont know all you can eat sounds good to me ill give em a call to day whats the head count you think at the moment the room holds 25 people I think I dont know if it will be as big as the freemont meetings but I do see a few more IH vehicles around town I need to get some flyers or somthing to make to leave around town
 
Cary, I got a couple flaming IH stickers I'm making up as we speak that we could give away if you want. And I have a dvd player I could bring..

-the conference room will be plenty of space for us.

-I hope we can get a dozen to show up, and that includes you and me. I think it would be cool if we could get 4-6 locals to show. Anymore that show up and I’ll consider it a bonus. Just remember, you’re just planting the seed.

-find the “future events” section of the sentinel and make an announcement post. They usually give free listings for online and in print.

-I emailed you 2 flyers – generic and one for sat. See if that works for ya. I have some cards I can mail you to get going.
 
Here's a couple thoughts

-cruise hwy9 and leave one at community bulletin boards, grocery stores, gas stations & places where the locals hangout.
-maybe south on 1
-do you know anyone that lives or has a business along hwy9?
 
Yes every thing is good hope yall can make it over my way shall I pre order food first or just get it all togather as we meet there
 
I’d say have at least one, maybe two, large pizzas ready to go by 1:00 and then play it by ear the rest of the time.

All left over pizza can be saved for the after party at your shop.

I like their crispy crust.
 
I'm looking forward to heading down. I might be able to hitch a ride from soon2bscout75, who just posted that he might go. Apparently, he lives near me & my shop space here in richmond.

And just maybe, if things work out, I just might be able to drive myself home :smilewinkgrin:

Dave told me yesterday that you were taking bart to hayward and you were going to hitch a ride to sc with one of the hayward harvesters.

Oops - thought that was steve over in point richmond

but, taking bart to hayward and hitching a ride with one of the haywayrd harvesters is no big deal.
