replacement windshield wiper switch?

I'm looking to replace my windshield wiper dash switch, the old ones' shaft broke off while breaking the dash down. I've got two parts scouts, but there switches are in worse shape. I might be able to rebuild one, but it's iffy.

I've thought about going with an intermittent wiper switch, but not sure how that would work since the wiper motor doesn't have a park position.

Any ideas?
