remanufactured booster paint

I bought your remanufactured vacuum brake booster for a Scout II, 4 wheel disc brakes. Can you tell me if the shell is just blasted, or painted silver/gray, I can't tell. If it's just blasted I'll paint it.
 
They are sandblasted and come bare metal so definitely do put a good coat of paint on it before installing.
