Rear tire close to front of wheel well

I notice on some scouts the rear tire is real close to the front of the wheel well, mine included. I have a 4" Skyjacker kit. Why are some of these like this? I'd like to have more room there.
 
Double check that you installed the prings correctly as Skyjacker springs have an offset centerpin bolt(in other words the centerpin is not in the center of the leaf pack). If they are installed backwards than simply swapping them end to end should correct the issue. If not then you May need to replace the axle perch's with our CPT axle perchs as they have three centerpin holes and allow the axle to be moved either one inch forward or back.
 
Yep they were backwards. I have driven it like this for years, what a pain but it's fixed. Now maybe I will be able to fit 33" tires.
