I am looking for one wheel. Condition of the paint does not matter but the wheel must be true and undamaged. I believe this wheel was sold for Scouts and was called a Rallye wheel. The wheels were manufactured by Motor Wheel and the model number was 36591. The stamping inside the wheel and a paper label attached inside the wheel are shown below. Here are the specifications:
