Radiator from a different rig?

Hey there,

I have a 67 Scout 800 with a 152

I'm looking to get a radiator for it, but don't have the cash to shell out for a $400 direct replacement unit

so I was wondering if there is a vehicle out there like maybe a Ford ranger or something that has a similiar radiator

open to buy one used if someone has one for sale. Just has to be in good shape


also open to other suggestions on getting a radiator

The local pick a part get $46.99 plus $9 core plus tax and enviro fee. So you at $65 bucks for a used rad. Should be able to find somebody with a used one in that range.

The issue is the how tall the radiator is. You might not have power steering and a shorter version just might fit. The other issue is radiator hose size. The IH is 2", but most radiator from pick a part are 1.5" so and exhaust pipe adapter would be needed to make the transition..

I would post up in the wanted sections, save time and money
