Pulling out my 345 this weekend- $300

I am yanking my 345 out of my 1310 this weekend to put a 392 in. The 345 runs great, but I think a head gasket is going. When I put it in 3 years ago, I put in new main, rod, and cam bearings (durabond), but didn't replace the head gaskets or rings. Its burning a little coolant (about a gallon a month with every day use). It has a comp cams 260 duration cam. I am going to take the intake off for something else, keeping the carb, fuel pump, coil, distributor, alternator and p/s pump. Come hear it run before I take it out, or I might take a video of it. I'm pulling it out in palo alto, so it will be located at my friends shop there.

Oil was always fine, I cant even remember having to add any between oil changes. Was clean too, never milky like water was in it.
