Pulling a 152 outta a s80 is one of the more difficult engine jerks I've ever done.
Motor needs to come straight up and forward simultaneously, there is just enuff space to disengage the clutch pilot segment on the tranny input shaft before it has to come up. Bring the mount system up with the motor on both sides, the mounts are not symmetrical which adds to the difficulty.
Rig a leveler (offset the chains) so that the engine can't tilt at all, then adjust the leveler to maintain a "level" attitude.
