I would use an 85w-140 gl-5. If you are doing a complete change, I would also recommend a limited slip additive such as Ford's xl3, easily obtained at a dealership for a very reasonable price. About 1 oz. Per pint should do it. Generally the gear oils on the shelf have enough additive for top off.
