Bolts should be 3/8 x 24 for both.
45 to 55 foot pounds for both.
Put a bit of sealant on each flywheel bolt (9 each) as they are in contact with the engine crankcase interior and will leak oil if not sealed.
Indian head gasket shellac is good for this, or a bit of permatex #3.
You should not need to adjust the three bolts on the pressure plate, those are set during the rebuild precess.
