Hello,
will/should the power steering from a '68 travelette 1/2 ton install onto a '68 1100c 1/2 ton? Any modifications needed? Etc?

Need the entire steering column and mounting arrangement
you May have to drill some holes for mounting the ps box,
the steering box May also contact the radiator support , and the inner fender shield under the battery box ,

take a peek at your traveleette and look at the indent in the radiator support at the very front of the ps box , you May be able to swap ds inner fender w/travelette ,and radiator support also

you will need the drag link from travelette also it should be "clocked " differently than pickup

this info is assuming your 1100c has the "gemmer" manual steering box
