I'll give a little feedback that might help. I have a stock 72 Scout II with a 345. I can tell you on mine, the power steering belt just goes down to the pulley in the very front of the cranks pulley cluster, it doesn't go around the water pumps pulley stack- just crank and power steering pump pulleys. I also have a couple of unused pulleys on the crank and water pump. Don't know if you have ever had those pulleys off, but they are not like normal pulley stacks where everything is welded together, you can move the individual pulleys around and mix and match them. Looks like you May need another pulley or so to add to the stacks you have. For example my water pump has a pulley that is right up close to the water pump mounting bolts that yours doesn't have.can snap a picture and post it tonight.

You're missing a pulley. On a 1110 truck like what you have the power steering pump rides off of the inner most pulley of the waterpump. It's the same pulley that the smog pump would use on a Scout II.

The pick-up & Travelall ps pump & drive belts are different than the Scout II platform. The belt goes around the additional water pump pulley only, it does not go to the crankshaft.

Pick-up/Travelall/travelette/wagonmaster with IH sv-8 engine - example photo attached.

I realize that your question has been answered, however, I thought a photo of the factory IH pick-up/Travelall power steering configuration would be beneficial to you and others in the future.
