Well it happened again. As usual at&t screwed up my new phone line install. They have yet to install our new line however they thought it would be a great idea to put the horse in front of the carriage so to speak and have the service start without the actual phone line being installed. So if you call us and it does nothing but ring please try again until you get thru. Basically as part of our new line install our existing line was changed to busy call forward(instead of having call waiting). So if our main line is busy it directs to our new second line which isn't hooked up yet. I will at least give credit to at&t in that they are at least consistent in their service as this is the third work order I have done with them in a row that has been screwed up.
For anyone deciding on changing their phone service to at&t I highly discourage you from doing business with this phone company as they simply do not have the capability of doing anything correctly.
