get your IH all tuned and polished up. We will be meeting at the grade school and having a club bbq starting at 2:00. Bring your drinks. Burgers and chips will be provided. Staging for the parade will start at 4:00pm. Please let monte, monte.lauer@providence.org, know if you plan to attend so we know how much food to get. Hope to see a great turn out for this one. Lets make a statement about our club and International Harvester fever!!!

Quarry lakes info

picnic sites with tables and barbecues are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservable sites are also available. Reservable sites include ensenada north and south, which are pavilion-shaded sites that accommodate up to 200 people each; osprey, which accommodates 50; and niles (alcohol not allowed), which accommodates 35. For information or reservations call 1-888-ebparks or 1-888-327-2757, press option 2, then 1.

Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in quarry lakes, except by permit within reservable picnic areas (excluding the niles reservable site). Call 1-888-ebparks or 1-888-327-2757, press option 2, then 1 for more information or to obtain a picnic reservation and alcohol permit.

• when? July sometime? We gotta set a date and get it posted up in the regular room.
• I’ll give a call next week on fees and hopefully it won't be tooo expensive. But, does anyone know much the reserved areas are?
• do we bring our own bbq’s?
• do we need ezup’s?
• water/sink nearby?
• should we apply for the beer Permit?
• how about kids stuff? Ben and tommy need somewhere to go.

• no hotdogs.
• gooey burgers? Freshly ground meat.
• American/swiss cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, red onion, sautéed mushrooms & onions, bacon, rolls, etc.
• byod? Costco buy of sodas and beer?
• side dishes?
• utensils, cookware.
• I’ll take a look an see what party goods I have stored upstairs for us.

so… as low key as this is, can this work for us? Post up your ideas. Lets do fremont soon and finalize this.
Jayson & rob – can you guys post up some pics of the osprey and surrounding area before the next dinner?

Wow just the rates osprey is looking good now I noe why I never see anyone at the covered sites

pavillion sheltered areas
(quarry lakes only) $420 $575

fees are based on the size of the picnic site. The size of your group May not exceed the maximum capacity for the picnic site. However, no reductions are made if your group size is less than the capacity, for example, if you have 150 people in a 300-person site, the fee is still $470 for residents or $650 for non-residents

a fee of $25 will be charged for a beer & wine permit in parks where alcohol is restricted to reserved picnic areas

-osprey site…
-$123.00
-$50. Refundable deposit
-$25.00 for beer license
-August 7, 14 available.
-reservations by credit card
-we need to identify ourselves as based in fremont. Being that we have been meeting in fremont for 7-8 years, I think that qualifies.
