Parting out 72 scout II

I am parting out my 1972 project Scout. Items that are gone,rear window and frame, radiator, seats, front and rear lights, steering column, gas tank, gauges, filler neck, rack on top, rear bumper. Everything else is there 304 v-8 automatic Dana 20 tc, Dana 44 front and rear tub is in great shape. Call Jeff (209) 622-0205 buy parts or whole thing for 250. Located modesto CA. 95354

What kind of condition are the axles and brakes in? Front disc? Do you know what gear ratio and if it has any kind of limited slip in it?

What kind of condition is the motor in? 2 brl or 4 brl carb?

Depending on the condition I ma be interested in these parts, or just grab the whole thing to make it easy.
 
Drum brakes not sure gears on them both stock. Motor 304 with 2 barrel motor does turn by hand water pump was froze. Dana 44 front and rear.
