5 ton is gone!

I have the doors and pass side fender off the '66. (floor is rotted 1/2 way up the a pillar but nothing else. Go figure)
tailgate has rot along the bottom. Going out there tomorrow am if anyone is interested. Email direct and I'll be checking around noon.
304 with bw auto. No ps or pb. Torsion bar suspension seems tight still.

The loadstar is complete so far, but cab floor is rusty, windshield cracked and brakes have no fluid in the master. It's worth about $1,000 or more in scrap. I've driven it around my cabin a few times (needs new rad hoses) speedometer read 17,000 miles and the motor is very healthy (it was used to move farm equipment till the farmer had a heart attack 17 years ago) it has ps/pb hydrovac?
Thinking about pulling the sv? Vg? 345 and 5 speed for the '68 trav I'm going to fix up unless someone buys it (truck or just the drivetrain)

I'm still in the deciding process. I have the title for the loadstar but the Travelall title was pulled by state patrol due to rust and I need the glass and motor mounts for the '68 (don't know if the frame mounts are the same for the 304 and 6.9/7.3 diesel yet)

doors are off the '66 and will be coming back with me tomorrow.

(available) I cut the rear quarter panels off.

Both front fenders are off and ready to sell along with the inner fenders and at least one of the fuel tanks (I forget which side survived).

Parting the loadstar is still a possible option. I can get $1000 for scrap if I take it in before the end of the month but it's a shame to waste a good truck.

5 ton is gone! It's getting a cummins 12 valve diesel swap and will live out the rest of it's life as a tow/scrap hauler.
