Parking brake options?

I'm wanting to put disc brakes on my 76 terra with a Dana 60 but I will need to still have a parking brakes so can can someone help me out on this. I have looked at pinion brakes but really couldn't find one for the Dana 300
 
Is the d60 axle on the rear? If so, why not use a disc conversion that incorporates either a disc with a parking brake drum set or a disc with a caliper-type parking brake?

I personally do not like nor want a transmission/transfer case parking brake installed.
 
I was really wanting to do it cheap, do you know what stock caliper with the e brake your talking about that will fit on the blue torch fab bracket?
